A yoga class is like a refreshing shower which leaves you rejuvenated.<\/p>\n<p>In these classes, I suggest breathing exercises and gentle movements aiming in particular at dissolving tensions.<\/p>\n<p>As pratique bears fruit in the long run, I recommend one class a week.<\/p>\n<p>All you need is a quiet room where you can accommodate around twelve people et one mat per person.
